All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating.due to its location in the upper left part of the complex, you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the roof terrace.the private roof terrace with lounge, dining area, outdoor kitchen, barbecue and refreshing shower is certainly the favourite place of most visitors!the south-west orientation guarantees sunshine on all three terraces.in the basement there is a private garage for 2 cars, and storage space for all your holiday equipment. The ground floor consists of a spacious dining and living room with leather sofas and LED Smart TV, a fully equipped open kitchen, guest toilet and pantry.from the living room there is direct access to the covered terrace with access to the beautiful private terrace.garden where you can sunbathe and the children can play outside. 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating and temperature control guarantee a comfortable stay view of the garden and pools the two additional bedrooms have a double bed and wardrobe second bathroom with shower and toilet. Large terrace of 57 m2, solarium with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountain of "La Concha", sit and relax with a glass of cava in the living room, or enjoy an outdoor dinner in the kitchen equipped with fridge and barbecue. You can even freshen up in the shower after a wonderful day enjoying the sun.
