A beautiful, traditional Andalucian villa with pristine gardens, just metres from a quiet sandy beach. Set in a quiet but easily accessed neighourhood, Villa Arin is perfect for families looking to enjoy time together sunbathing, cooking on the built-in barbecue, and exploring the stunning surrounding gardens and beaches. Located in Benamara around halfway between Estepona and San Pedro de Alcantara, from here the most popular spots along the Costa del Sol l are easily reached by car or taxi, making this an idyllic location to unwind with friends and family.
This rustic yet elegant Villa is built over two levels, with the upper level accessed separately from a stairway to the side of the property. Entering the property throuhg the private front gates, there is private parking spaces for two cars. On the ground floor guests are greeted with a lounge area with an open fireplace, through to an indoor dining area with large doors opening to the terrace, and finally a spacious kitchen with separate doorway to the garden. There are three en-suite bedrooms on this floor; a master bedroom with a kind-sized bed, one twin room and one childrens room with a bunk bed. The bedrooms are light and spacious, and have fantastic views of the wonderful gardens.
On the upper floor guests will find four more bedrooms (a double bedroom, two twin rooms and a second childrens room with a bunk bed) as well as two additional shared bathrooms, each with ample built-in storage.
Surrounding the property are wonderful garden walks through pine forests and open fields to the sandy beach, which also hosts an excellent beach bar that is an absolute must-visit, seving wonderful food and cocktails throughout the warmer months (opening dates available on request). Around 1km away from the property is a supermarket, and several bars and restaurants. Within driving distance guests have quick access to the many and varied destinations along the coast, brimming with world class restaurants, cultural centres of towns and cities, and sheek designer hot-spots. This is a location you could spend a summer in without ever running out of activities.
The property is managed on behalf of the owners by Finest Rentals. We are a family business with great reviews across a wide range of holiday rental portals so guests are assured of top-quality service and an excellent experience.
In the property, you can enjoy a choice of over one thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included is BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets. We also provide fast and free WIFI with speeds of up to 100mb and unlimited downloads.
Guests staying for more than a week will be entitled to a free clean and mid-stay towel and bed linen change. By prior arrangement, and at an additional cost this can be arranged more frequently if required. We can also provide maid's service and arrange catering for you in the property. One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.
