The road map to buy property abroad
We have developed a full roadmap of services, which will guide you through each phase. Before, during and after the purchase of your property at the Costa del Sol. This includes legal and fiscal advice, translations, meeting with the banks, notar, etc. These are the services with which we distinguish ourselves.
1. RESEARCH
While making a selection of one or more projects, we can organize an inspection trip for you. We will send you videos and can make a live call (Whats App, Skype or Facetime) for you to see the project live. We also provide virtual tours which are offered by the developers. We will take a detailed look at the property get you familiar with the surroundings of the different projects.
2. SELECTION
As soon you have selected the properties/projects you would like to see we will prepare a viewing plan for the days you can travel to spain. If you can not travel and still would like to buy then we will organise a lawyer to get in touch with you in order to prepare an authorisation with which the lawyer on your behalf will be able to go through the purchase process. We are working with different lawyers depends on the area and the language of the clients.
3. INSPECTION TRIP
We help you to organize the inspection trip and we assist you in finding the suitalble Hotel, Rent a Car and other services that you might need while traveling. Together we review the viewing schedule and proceed to the inspection of the properties/developments. After the viewing schedule, we take time to analyse and evaluate your selection and proceed to the next step - the decision.
4. DECISION
