First floor of the villa: As you go up the stairs you arrive to the hallway that connects the rooms and the bathroom. The master bedroom is wide ad with some partial sea views, facing south. From the new good quality PVC window you can overlook the private garden and the pool. The shutters are automatic. Also there is a walking closet with a window and automatic shutters. The fourth bedroom has 2 single beds and some partial sea views. These 2 bedrooms on the first floor share a bathroom.
