From the living room you can access a good size terrace from where you can enjoy lovely sea views. By the entrance to the property there is another lovely sitting area perfect for Al fresco dinners or just relaxing.
The apartment is equipped with hot & cold aircon and underfloor heating in both bathrooms. On the terraces there is a gas barbeque and within the property you will find all the necessary equipment such as coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.
There is a swimming pool which is shared only with another apartment with the same characteristics.
The property is located within 1 minute to one of the best beaches in Marbella & Elviria and within flat distance to all amenities.

AREA INFORMATION:
Elviria is located on the Eastern part of Marbella only 20 minutes drive to the centre of the town, being known as a peaceful area with the best beaches & very good facilities. As many other coastal resorts the area is split into two parts: beachside and mountain side.
Within Elviria you can find everything you need from schools, supermarkets & shopping facilities, international restaurants & bars, to a Saturday Eco Market where you can buy fresh veggies & fruit.
The village is also home to several 5 star hotels as well as the popular Nikki Beach Club located just down the road from Don Carlos Hotel. Here you can also find other facilities such as various beach restaurants and water sports.
On the mountain side of Elviria there is the 18-hole Santa Maria Village Golf course. Further up from the golf course you can find the area of La Mairena, a beautiful natural environment with magnificent views.
