Within the urbanisation of Puerto Blanco, you'll find the large community swimming pool only a short walk from the property (around 200m). A car is not necessary but there is a private parking space in the secure underground car park if needed however the parking space is only suitable for small or medium sized cars. There are two supermarkets (an OpenCor and a SuperSol) within a few minutes’ walk and also a cafe which adjoins the gym/sports centre of "Las Mesas", which is just a minute away. An ideal location if you’re thinking about fitness during your holiday. There are two blue flag beaches in the vicinity - Playa La Rada and Playa del Cristo, both of which have chiringuito beach bars, where you can buy food and drinks during your beach time. The centre old town of Estepona with its flower lines streets and traditional shops and restaurants will take about 12-5 minutes to walk to. The Sunday flea market is held each week in the marina of Estepona and the large Wednesday market, selling all manner of things, is about four minutes away. All in all an ideal location for a holiday in Estepona.
