There are plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets in the area. The buses and taxis are easily accessed from here and the closest beach is only a 10/15 minute walk over the bridge. The El Paraiso golf club is also close to the property and Estepona town centre is about a short drive from the urbanisation and it provides several beach bars and restaurants. Estepona town is lovely and has a reputation to present itself for ideal tourism with the ambition to compete with the likes of Marbella.
